Job Description

Customer Support Rep 1 is an entry-level position within TEXT2DRIVETM which requires telephone skills, attention to detail and a helpful attitude with our users. Although we work with car dealerships, knowledge of cars is not a requirement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Intake and resolve basic support requests/calls/emails
  • Document cases within the assigned CRM
  • Provide internal support to Customer Success Managers
  • Complete data audits

A look inside the job:

  • Responsible for growing their team’s number of new business closed by pro-actively generating new qualified leads each day
  • Find, Identify, qualify, sort, and track leads
  • Work together with Regional Sales Manager to target leads that have gone dark, specific OEMs, and current sister stores
  • Conduct outbound prospecting by phone
  • Exceptional cold-call prospecting using consultative phone skills including the ability to clearly articulate, inspire, project confidence, influence, overcome objections, and remain resilient throughout
  • Outgoing, confident and go-getter
  • Utilize the CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately, and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated
  • Be prepared for a start up atmosphere

  • Run product demo webinars for potential customers (and close the deal!)
  • Follow up and build relationships with all open opportunities
  • Earn commission on all sales and maintain a high closing percentage

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of inside sales experience required
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and deadlines

Although we work with car dealerships, knowledge of cars is not a requirement. We are currently looking for an applicant that can help manage our Online Bill Pay system.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist external clients with the implementation process
  • Communicate with client to gather required data
  • Evaluate client needs
  • Setup configurations for portal integration
  • Develop configurations that support business processes
  • Analyze processes to identify workflows that would improve efficiencies
  • Assist clients with chargeback claims, missing funding, PCI Compliance, general technical issues
